Replacements

SnugSquare believes in helping its users as much as possible and hence, we have simple Replacement and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governing your rights and responsibilities in relation to replacements and refunds.

This Replacement and Refund Policy shall form a part of the Terms of Use of the Platform.

The terms which are capitalized but not defined under this Policy shall bear the same meaning as assigned to them under the Terms of Use.

Nature of Products

The Products sold by us are curated and customized to suit your requirements. Products sold by us can be easily assembled by you without any professional help.

We, at SnugSquare do not allow for any returns or any refund of money paid to us by you under any circumstance unless specifically stipulated under this Policy

Replacements

SnugSquare entitles you to return a Product or any part thereof by placing a replacement request on the Platform, if the same is:

  1. Incorrect; or

  2. is missing at the time of delivery; or

  3. is delivered to you with a manufacturing defect.

Replacement Process and Time Period

To replace a Product or any part thereof;

  1. You will have to explain why you are seeking a replacement.

  2. You may have to upload certain pictures of the Products or the part(s) to be replaced.

  3. You may have to provide us with any other necessary detail that we may ask for as part of the replacement process.

We shall initiate the process of replacing the Product or the part(s) intended to be returned by you, provided the Products or the parts are in “as delivered” condition and the packaging and labels attached to the Product are kept safely by you, provided the request for replacement is received within 48 (forty eight) hours of the delivery of the Product. After the Product or the part has been returned, SnugSquare will try its best to replace the Product or the part(s) within the following timelines:

  1. For orders delivered in India: the Product or the part shall be replaced within a period of 1 (one) month from the date of collection of the Product or the part that is to be replaced from your registered delivery address as mentioned on the invoice received by you.

SnugSquare has the sole and absolute authority to assess and determine whether a Product or a part purchased through the Platform is eligible for any replacement or refund.

Wrong Address for Delivery

If the Product delivery is delayed or in case the Product is returned to SnugSquare due to an error made by you (for example- providing the wrong name or address or any other incorrect/ misleading information), we shall be entitled to charge you for any additional costs incurred by us for re-delivery of the Product.

By purchasing our Product you hereby agree and consent to bear such additional costs for re-delivery of the Product.

Refunds

SnugSquare entitles you to claim a refund on occurrence of any of the following events:

  1. If the entire Product is damaged or unfit for use at the time of delivery;

  2. If your Product is deemed eligible by us for replacement but we are unable to replace the Product or the relevant part thereof within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the replacement of the Product or any part(s) thereof.

Claim

To claim any kind of replacement or refund for the Product or part(s) thereof;

  1. You may have to upload certain pictures of the Products or the Part(s) to be replaced.

  2. You may have to provide us with any other necessary detail that we may ask for as part of the replacement process.

Refunds will only be initiated if the process for refund of the Product as mentioned below is complied with and as stated earlier the Product could not be replaced within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.

We shall refund the money through the payment mechanism used by you to purchase the Product. It'll only take us a day to process your refund, but after that, it's up to your bank to credit your account. That should take around 5-8 business days.

 *Kindly note that any Order once placed will not be cancelled.
