What Information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information provided by you knowingly or unknowingly by the use of the Platform. We collect information like your name, email address, contact number, password, phone number, birthday, gender, address etc.
Additional information may be collected from you including but not limited to geo-location or any other information related to you. You may choose not to provide us certain information but in that case you will not be able to register with us or use the Platform provided by us in any form or manner.

By the virtue of using the Platform or services you will be providing information to us. This information is collected and processed by us in order to provide all the features of the Platform and services, such information is collected and processed so that you may be able to have an uninterrupted and harmonised experience and use of the Platform and the services.
You may choose not to provide us with certain information but in that case you will not be able to register with us or use the Platform in any form or manner provided by us.

Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies that are used to track the online movements of the users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on our interface and may not be disabled or controlled through your phone/computer devices.

We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our Service for third-party purposes. However, we do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the internet industry is currently still working on DNT standards, implementations and solutions. Not all browsers offer a DNT signal option and these signals are not yet uniform. This is the reason, many digital service operators, including SnugSquare, do not recognize or respond to DNT signals.

We follow a strict confidentiality policy with regard to disclosure of confidential information to our employees or other personnel. There may be situations, where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our employees and other personnel on a need to know basis and who agree to abide by the confidentiality obligations. Any breach of confidential information by the employees, personnel within SnugSquare is taken stringently by us.
Protection of Company and others:
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others.
With your Consent:
Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your information may be shared with third parties in personally identifiable form, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.
What Choices do I have?
You can always opt not to disclose information to use, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some features on the Platform.
When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will delete all of the information in your profile; however, please note that some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may also keep a copy of any such information for legal archival purposes. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
Interaction with Children Online
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 who has provided her or his information to us, please contact below, and we will seek to remove that information. We are committed to the protection of children’s online privacy. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) governs information gathered online from or about children under the age of thirteen (13). Verifiable consent from a child’s parent or guardian is required before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child under age of thirteen (13). If we intend to collect information about children under thirteen (13) years old, COPPA-required information and instructions will be provided by the Platform that collects information about the child. The Platform will specify exactly what the information will be used for, who will see it, and how long it will be kept.
Acquisition of SnugSquare
In the event that a store, division or part or all of Enroco (or the assets of Enroco) is bought, sold or otherwise transferred, or is in the process of a potential transaction, customer information will likely be shared for evaluation purposes and included among the transferred business assets.
How do we Protect your Information?
We have complied with reasonable security practices and procedures, and have a comprehensive information security programme and information security policy that shall contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control. The measures we undertake may include, where appropriate, the use of firewalls, secure server facilities, implementing proper access rights management systems and processes, careful selection of processors, standard authentication and encryption policies for our servers and other technically and commercially reasonable measures. However, we cannot guarantee in any way with respect to any information that you upload transmit, share or display through the Platform and you do so at your own risk.
We have appointed a grievance officer who shall address any discrepancies and grievances of the provider of the data with respect to processing of information in a time-bound manner.
