    When you interact with the Platform, we strive to make your experience easy and meaningful. We may combine this data with the information provided by you on the Platform for our internal purposes.

    a) Cookies - We may use cookies to track your activity on the Platform

    c) Do Not Track Signals (DNT) -

Will we share your Information?

You understand, agree and acknowledge that the Platform uses third party service providers to store and process your personal information and other information which you provide to the Platform (as more specifically identified in the Privacy Policy) and such third parties may store and process your personal information in a country or state which may not have jurisdiction over you and / or such country or state may not have any data protection or data privacy laws or such country's or state's data protection or data privacy laws may not be as strong as the country or state having jurisdiction over you or over the Platform. You agree and understand that Platform provides no guarantee, warranty or assurance that such third party service providers will protect your personal information and Platform shall not be liable for any actions, commission, omission, misconduct, fraud or negligence (whether in contract or tort or under public policy) of these third parties unless such actions, commission, omission or negligence of the third party is attributed to a direct cause of misconduct and gross negligence of Platform. We may share the information with third party for improving the Platform and the user experience of our services and the Platform. You hereby continuing to use our services and the Platform hereby consent to sharing of your information with a third party by the Company.

Employees/Agents of Snugsquare:

We follow a strict confidentiality policy with regard to disclosure of confidential information to our employees or other personnel. There may be situations, where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our employees and other personnel on a need to know basis and who agree to abide by the confidentiality obligations. Any breach of confidential information by the employees, personnel within Snugsquare is taken stringently by us.

Protection of Company and others:

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others.

With your Consent:

Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your information may be shared with third parties in personally identifiable form, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

What Choices do I have?

You can always opt not to disclose information to use, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some features on the Platform.

When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at support@snugsquare.com. We will delete all of the information in your profile; however, please note that some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may also keep a copy of any such information for legal archival purposes. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

Interaction with Children Online

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 who has provided her or his information to us, please contact below, and we will seek to remove that information. We are committed to the protection of children’s online privacy. International Users

If you decide to continue to access our services from your location outside India, you hereby agree that your use of those services is subject to this Privacy Policy and your personal information will be transferred or processed in India.

Acquisition of Snugsquare

In the event that a store, division or part or all of Enroco (or the assets of Enroco) is bought, sold or otherwise transferred, or is in the process of a potential transaction, customer information will likely be shared for evaluation purposes and included among the transferred business assets.

How do we Protect your Information?

We have complied with reasonable security practices and procedures, and have a comprehensive information security programme and information security policy that shall contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control. The measures we undertake may include, where appropriate, the use of firewalls, secure server facilities, implementing proper access rights management systems and processes, careful selection of processors, standard authentication and encryption policies for our servers and other technically and commercially reasonable measures. However, we cannot guarantee in any way with respect to any information that you upload transmit, share or display through the Platform and you do so at your own risk.
