Who designs your products?
All our products are designed in the San Francisco Bay Area, more specifically, industrial HQ in San Leandro. The design team works out of the same warehouse where your order is made and shipped.

Are cushion covers removable?
All non-tufted pillows and cushions on our Sofas, Sofettes and Armchairs are removable. See the product page for exact details.

Can I wash the cushion covers?
Some upholsteries are fine to throw in the wash at home, some require dry cleaning and a select few have to be hand washed. Keep in mind that tufted cushion covers are not removable so those will need spot cleaning finesse.
Oxford Weave: Dry clean only; any solvent except trichloroethylene. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
Pebble Weave: Dry clean only; any solvent except trichloroethylene. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
Mod Velvet: Dry clean only; any solvent except trichloroethylene. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
Linen Weave: Machine wash; Cold. Do not bleach. Air dry. Iron on medium heat. Do not dry clean.
Cross Weave: Dry clean only; any solvent except trichloroethylene. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.
Satin Weave: Machine wash; Warm. Do not bleach. Steam or air dry. Dry clean; any solvent except trichloroethylene. Iron; any temperature.
Vegan Leather: Spot clean only. Do not bleach. Air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Can I get the same custom color or design on a chair, table and storage unit?
Absolutely! Any of the Custom Upholstery options are also Custom Surface options. The swatch names are the same but if you have any questions or just want advice as to which match best, get in touch with our design team. At the moment, our Signature Upholsteries are available on Lounge Chairs, Dining Chairs, Sofas, Sofettes and Armchairs. Check out our swatch page to review the options.

How should I clean my table or storage unit? Do I have to treat the surface delicately?
All custom surfaces are finished with UV-resistant film and laminated for a soft matte pebble finish. What on earth does that mean? It’s glare-free, scuff resistant, BPA-free and FDA approved: you're welcome. You are free to wipe it with whatever cleaning products you have lying around the house. It's life-proof for your convenience.

Do you use flame retardants in your furniture?
No, we do not. Make sure to put those candles out.

Are your products commercial grade?
We stand behind the high quality of our products and recommend them for commercial use. If you have specific requirements or need to know which products are better suited for your application, give us a shout .

What's your warranty?
We offer 10 years warranty against manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery. Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, care, misuse or expected wear. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

Can Credenzas and Sideboards serve as media units?
Sure thing. There’s more than enough storage space for even the dustiest of VHS collections, and it’s more than sturdy enough to support your giant big-screen TV, if you don’t feel like drilling holes in your wall.

When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment method will be charged in full as soon as you place the order.

Can I place my order on hold/can you deliver after a certain date?
No problem. Just reach out to us ASAP to let us know the details of your request. We’ll make it work. Keep in mind that we need to be aware of your request before your order ships. Once your shipment has left our doors, we won’t be able to accommodate any holds before delivery.

Do you charge taxes extra?
All our product prices are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax(GST), we only charge GST on all orders because we are required to by law (not because we’re evil)

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account at any time to see your order history and the status of any orders that you have placed.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
First, let’s make sure you actually placed the order. It should be listed on the " My orders " page in your Account Settings. If it is indeed there, you’re probably frustrated that we made you check (sorry, but thank you for checking). Now let’s make sure that your confirmation email didn’t go into your SPAM folder. All emails that come from us, come from support@snugsquare.com . If you still can’t find it, it’s definitely our fault. Please reach out to us and we’ll send you what you need ASAP.

How can I change/edit my order?
Get in touch with us as soon you need to make an edit to your order, whether you’ve moved down the street or realized your living room rather needs some Sunflower Yellow. We start manufacturing your order really fast! Once manufacturing is started, we are no longer able to make any changes to the order.

How do I cancel my order?
In the event that you decide to cancel your order, please get in touch with us ASAP to stop production. If your order has not yet started manufacturing, we’ll refund your payment in full.

Will you tell me when my order ships?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll be in touch with a Shipping Confirmation Email which will include the tracking and carrier information.

What is Invite and Earn program?
Invite and Earn is a Referral program on snugsquare.com which gives you an opportunity to invite your friends to SnugSquare. Both you and your friends get rewarded through the Referral Program.

How Does Invite & Earn Work?
With the referral program, you can invite your friends to SnugSquare and earn store credits. You can find your referral link on your account, under the tab called ' Invite & Earn '. You can share it through social media or email.
Your friend needs to sign up using your referral link. This is mandatory. Post the signup process, your referrals will receive ₹2500 in their SnugSquare Wallet. When your referral places first successful order, you will be rewarded with 5% product value(excluding Taxes & Store credits).

My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?
It is mandatory to use your referral link during the signup process. If they do not use your referral link, we will be unable to track referrals back to your account.

Can I receive payment for previous customers I referred to before the Referral Programme was launched or before I signed up?
The Referral Program tracks only those referrals who are new to SnugSquare. We cannot grant referral credits to the customers who have signed up or registered before the program was launched.

Can I refer customers in any country?
To refer a prospective customer in a different country or region, you should register in the same region. For example, if you are residing in India, you will be eligible to refer prospective customers in the APAC region.

How can I use my store credits?
You can use your store credits during the checkout process.

Can I receive store credits for past purchases?
No. You won’t receive store credits on your previous purchase. Please ensure you create and login into your SnugSquare account before any transaction.

I referred to a friend but I didn't earn any credits!
Ensure that you have shared your unique referral link (URL) to your connections. Your referrals need to create their accounts through the URL link. If the purchase is not made from that account, you will not be entitled to the credits. Your referral should be a NEW customer and have no existing SnugSquare account.

Do the store credits expire?
There is no expiry date for store credits.

How do I view my store credit balance?
You can view your credit balance under " My wallet " section in your account.
